The initial meeting is usually a Virtual Discovery day, to ask/answer questions & get to know the project.
We will also discuss the pricing structure of the project at this point. (Varies on hours booked.)

If there is an Emergency case, and we must go
On-Site, please let us know in a message on the contact page. We will call to confirm the severity of the issue and then deploy a technician to the location. It will be at the customer's discretion.
