Fix it Tony - (Tune-up & Cleanup with Virus control)
($125.00 flat rate per station)(2Hr)

• This is the best level of computer diagnostics and repair.

• Problems from Viruses, Malware/Spyware are resolved,

• System settings are optimized & the OS files cleaned that are no longer needed.

• Applications removed that are not needed,

• A backup point will be created,

• All updates including drivers will be implemented.

• Considerable performance improvements after these procedures.

Back to the Future - (Reinstallation back to Factory State, includes Backup)
($100.00 flat rate)

• This is the easiest method for returning your computer to operational like when it was originally purchased.

• We'll backup and reinstall your important documents and photos

• Non-system programs like malware and spyware are removed.

• A valid Windows version (already on your computer) is required for this procedure.

Hello Doctor - (Diagnosis / General Problem Solving)
($60.00 rate per Hour)

• This is a general, low-level inspection of the computer's hardware and software.

• Problems are identified and solutions are offered for performance improvement.

• This is also for any general Personal IT support for applications or general problem solving.

Juice it up - (Hardware Upgrade Consultation)
($40.00 Consultation Rate) (1Hr)

• Consultation & Explanation of what you will need for a faster computer.

• These upgrades that are performed on a per-machine basis, typically include adding more Memory(RAM) for faster operations,

• Also upgrading Hard Drives for more file storage and faster boot, faster read/write speed, Etc.

Make me a monster - (Custom Computer Building)
($40.00 Consultation Rate)(1Hr)

• We will then meet with you to discover your needs and provide a proposal for a custom made machine.

• Pricing is based on a per project basis - If you would like a new Computer built for you, just let us know. We love building new computers.

• We will Recommend, & Order, & Install/Configure all the components for you.

Point of No Return - (Wiping the Machine Entirely, No Operating System)
($50.00 flat rate per station)

• The best option when you're donating used equipment, giving the machine to a friend or simply want everything erased and non-recoverable from the hard drive.

• Used when recycling sensitive information and want a clean wipe of the system.

• This option is irreparable; everything is completely erased. There is no new Operating System.
