ADVANCED TRAINING

The Basic Training service covers foundational computer knowledge including Hardware Components, Mouse Usage, File Management, and Folder Organization. It extends to Safe & Efficient Internet Browsing, Using Email, Using Social Media, Navigating Smartphones (Android & iPhone), Setting up Smart Home devices such as Alexa/Echo & Voice Home Lighting and more features.

On the other hand, the Advanced Training service dives deeper into productivity tools like Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), recognizing and managing different file types and potential viruses, using antivirus software, and conducting proper system maintenance.

It also includes hands-on guidance in custom software such as Learning image editing software such as Photoshop, Learning Video Editing Software, also cloud-based file backup systems such as One Drive, iCloud or Google Drive and all that can be done with them.

• File Types & Viruses - Recognizing File Types, Safe vs Unsafe Files (.exe, .zip), Virus Awareness

• Antivirus Software - Types of Antivirus, Performing Scans,

• Software Maintenance - Uninstalling/Installing Programs,
  Keeping Essential Apps, System Restore Points

• Computer Updates & Cleanup - Updating Windows,
  Cleaning File System, Monthly Maintenance

• Custom Software Tutoring - Photoshop Basics, Video Editing, OneDrive, I-Cloud or Google Drive
