ADVANCED TRAINING

The Basic Tutoring service covers foundational computer knowledge including hardware components, mouse usage, file management, and folder organization. It extends to safe and efficient internet browsing, understanding email platforms, using social media, navigating smartphones (Android & iPhone), and setting up smart devices like Alexa/Echo.

On the other hand, the Advanced Tutoring service dives deeper into productivity tools like Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), recognizing and managing different file types and potential viruses, using antivirus software, and conducting proper system maintenance.

It also includes hands-on guidance in custom software such as Photoshop, video editing, print design, WordPress website creation, and cloud-based file backup systems.

• Computer Updates & Cleanup - Updating Windows,
